Refund policy

We currently do not offer refunds for returns. If you are not happy with your purchase, we can assist you with an exchange or offer store credit for a future purchase. Please note, returns must be sent back within 10 days of arrival in order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and ALL original packaging, hang tags, and hygienic liner MUST be intact in order to be eligible for return. Due to the sensitive nature of swimwear, underwear must be worn when trying on items. Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for return. 

If any return does not meet the above requirements, the return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of wear, misuse, or alterations.

If you would like to proceed with an exchange or store credit, simply email us at info@baidothelabel.com and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return your items. Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping on international exchanges.
