HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched (usually within 1-2 business days of placing your order). Please note, this will be the second email you receive from us, coming after your order confirmation at time of purchase.

DO YOU OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING?
At this point in time we do not.
HOW DO I CANCEL/MODIFY MY ORDER?
We are unable to modify or partially cancel orders. To request an address change or a complete order cancellation please contact us as soon as possible by filling out this form or by email at info@baidothelabel.com. In 1-2 business days, our customer care team will confirm, depending on the order status, if it was possible to successfully complete your request.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship internationally, however, please note that customers are responsible for any and all customs fees that are incurred when your order arrives to your country.
If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to assist with an exchange, however, we are not able to cover the cost of international shipping for your return or your exchange.
